    Mother Daughter yoga is a day retreat for you and your daughter. The yoga class is open to all levels and will include simple partner poses and tools to use props for supported savasana (that you can use at home with each other!) followed by a delicious lunch, craft, and guided conversation.

Hawk Hill Ranch is our family ranch

Shannon and John have lived in Nicasio for 15 years, raising their 3 children on the land.

 

Shannon and her youngest son care for a small herd of Nigerian Dwarf Goats, 20 chickens, and two beehives while John tends his orchard and vineyard and makes his own Pinot Noir in the barn each year.

We invite you to share in the magic and restorative power of this place we call home.

Shannon Kozubik is the founder of Pomegranate Prenatal Yoga and Parent Center, which closed during the pandemic. She continues to support women and mothers with yoga, community, and resources.
